We stand behind our bone conduction headphones with a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty encompasses manufacturing defects and flaws in materials and workmanship. Should you encounter any issues with your headphones stemming from such defects, Fitlybuy will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Electrical or mechanical malfunctions during normal use.
  • Non-functioning or defective components, including speakers, buttons, and charging ports.

What is NOT Covered:

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or abuse.
  • Improper storage or handling.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear.
  • Exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Loss or theft of the product.

How to Claim Warranty:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@fitlybuy.com with “Warranty Claim” in the subject line, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the defect.
  2. Approval: Our team will assess your warranty claim request and may request additional information or documentation if required, warranty claim will be approved/rejected based on the assesment.
  3. Resolution: If approved, we’ll guide you on returning the product for repair/replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty claims must be made within the 1-year warranty period.
  • Fitlybuy reserves the right to determine whether a defect falls under the limited warranty.
  • Any expenses related to shipping the product for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by Fitlybuy.
